Terms of Service
The service
HoteFlow is software for coordinating short-term-rental cleaning between hosts, property managers, cleaners, and cleaning agencies. HoteFlow is not a party to the cleaning work itself: contracts, pricing, payment, and employment relationships between organisations and cleaners are theirs alone.
Accounts & organisations
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your organisation enters (properties, checklists, access details) and for inviting only people who should have access. Organisation owners control membership; access codes are visible only to assigned workers during active missions, and every reveal is logged.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to access other organisations' data, no uploading of content unrelated to cleaning operations, and no photographing of guests or their belongings. We may suspend accounts that put other users' data at risk.
Data
Your organisation's data belongs to your organisation. Our data practices — including the guarantee that we never store guest personal data — are described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & liability
The service is provided as-is during the pilot phase. We work to keep it reliable (status, history, and evidence records are designed to be tamper-resistant), but we are not liable for missed cleanings, property damage, or disputes between organisations and cleaners.
