No name, no email, no phone number: a turnover knows a date and a property, and nothing else. That is not a setting to switch on, it is what the product imports. So a cleaner is trusted with an address, never with your guests' identities.

Somebody who works for you joins your organisation and sees your properties. A cleaning business stays a separate company you open access to for the length of an engagement. Both work, and you can change your mind.

A guesthouse whose rooms are booked separately lists its rooms, and each calendar says which room it is for. Two departures on one day then produce two turnovers, two missions and two possible cleaners — not one.
What comes back when the work is done
Every turnover closes on a record: the checklist as it was actually ticked, the photographs with the time they were taken, and anything the cleaner flagged. You read it before you approve, and approving freezes it — after that neither side can rewrite what was recorded.
