Cleaning software for agencies and property-care businesses

You clean for several clients. Each has their own properties, hours and instructions, and you have a team to send to the right place at the right time — with proof the work was done.

A dispatch board that knows your constraints

Workers are ranked on zone, required skills, declared hours and clashing missions. A crew breaks a tie between equals; it never outranks a constraint, because a preference must not send somebody somewhere they cannot go.

Turnovers do not arrive evenly. They land together.

One client, one engagement, one set of keys

You see a client's property only while the engagement is live: photos, access codes, inventory, on-site contacts. The day the engagement ends, so does the access — including a code the host changed since. The record of work already done stays intact.

Evidence, not assurances

Room-by-room checklists and timestamped photos attached to the mission, frozen at sign-off so neither side can rewrite them afterwards. When a clean is disputed, both parties are reading the same record.

Three levels of pay

A rate per worker, a rate per crew, or your business's default. Whichever applies is frozen when the mission closes and never rewritten, so last month's pay stays what it was.

What HoteFlow does not do

No money passes through

You invoice your client exactly as you do today. HoteFlow records what was done and what it is worth; the payment does not go through the product.

We do not sell on your behalf

A marketplace exists and does one thing: let a business be found. The engagement it creates is identical to one made by introduction — the client accepts, and so do you.
